Enterprise-grade, modular 1000W AC/HVDC hot-swappable power supply unit designed for Ruijie’s PoE-capable campus and aggregation switches (such as the RG-S5310-E series and CS83/CS85/CS86 lines). It delivers high-efficiency power distribution, dedicating up to 740W explicitly to the switch's PoE power budget.

Features

  • • 1+1 Power Redundancy: Supports current sharing when connected in parallel. If your system’s total active PoE power utilization remains below 740W, two modules can provide seamless N+1 or 1+1 hardware backup.
  • • Seamless Hot Swapping: Allows network administrators to plug, unplug, or replace a faulty power module without powering down the host switch or disrupting ongoing network traffic.
  • • Industrial Cooling Architecture: Features an intelligent, variable-speed fan designed for rear-to-front airflow (air intakes from the back-plane connector and outlets through the front faceplate).
  • • Enterprise Hardware Safeguards: Coated with protective conformal insulation to withstand humidity, dust, and electrical leakage. Includes hardware security protection policies for overvoltage (OVP), undervoltage (UVP), overcurrent (OCP), and short circuits (SCP).
  • • I2C System Integration: Utilizes I2C communication pathways to stream real-time operational diagnostics, temperature thresholds, and fan states directly to the host switch’s operating system. Includes a dedicated Output Status LED that switches from Solid Green (Normal) to Solid Red if an issue occurs.
