- • Perfect Cross-Pairing Architecture: This module is engineered specifically to operate opposite the GE-SFP-LX20-SM1310-BIDI module on the far end of the connection. Because it transmits data at 1550 nm and listens at 1310 nm, pairing them enables two-way traffic over a single fiber core, maximizing infrastructure efficiency.
- • Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM/DOM): Supports full real-time diagnostics compliant with SFF-8472 standard protocols. This allows network administrators to view live metrics like internal operating temperature, laser bias current, voltage, and receiver/transmitter optical power from the switch CLI.
- • Rugged Infrastructure Layout: Housed in a dense metal casing that optimizes heat dissipation. It is Class 1 Laser safety certified and RoHS compliant, ensuring stable operations within commercial temperature bounds (0°C to 70°C).
- • MSA Standard Hot-Swapping: Conforms to standard SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) metrics. It can be safely inserted or hot-swapped into live Ruijie data center or enterprise campus core switches without interrupting adjacent hardware links.
